Introduction
The Cartier Tank Louis Small Ladies' Watch was inspired by the classic design that was once worn by Louis Cartier himself.
This stunning 22mm 18ct yellow gold case with 18ct yellow gold circular-grained crown set with a sapphire cabochon, fastens with a sophisticated brown alligator strap complete with 18ct gold ardillon buckle.
The tops of the lugs of the rectangular case are rounded, showcasing the contribution made by Louis Cartier to the modern style that later became known as Art Deco.
Powered by calibre 057 quartz movement, the silver-grained dial features blued-steel sword-shaped hands and Roman numerals set beneath a protective mineral crystal lens. With a water resistance to 30 metres, this watch is perfect for the everyday.
With strong military foundations, Tank family's first prototype was created by Louis Cartier in 1917 and presented to General Pershing of the American army during World War I.
