The silver dial is set with 11 brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling 0.05 carats, alongside blued-steel, sword-shaped hands. Enhancing the air of luxury and sophistication, the dial is framed by an 18ct rose gold bezel set with a further 50 brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling 0.63 carats, as well as an 18ct rose gold fluted crown, decorated with a stunning blue cabochon spinel.
Powered by self-winding, mechanical movement, this wonderful timepiece is set within a 33mm stainless steel case and fastens with an 18ct rose gold and stainless steel bracelet.
First released in 2006, the Ballon Bleu de Cartier family is characterised by its spherical balloon shape case and distinctive sapphire cabochon crown, guarded by an arc of precious metal.
